By placing a wager, you accept that the result determined by the Platform is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process in Section 16. Verbal disputes or chat-based objections do not constitute a formal dispute and will not affect game results.
In the event of a technical failure during a game round, l444 will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a conclusive determination cannot be made, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the l444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

Players may request to close their account at any time by contacting l444 support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be refunded to your verified payment method.
Upon termination or closure of an account — whether initiated by the Player or by l444 — any bonus funds, free credits, and promotional entitlements are immediately forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned in accordance with Section 6, subject to outstanding KYC or AML review obligations.
